About Us

Our Story

Kris Bella and Pete Fennell

Kris is an art therapist and advocate. Pete is a singer and songwriter. They are both passionate about the arts and promoting the creative process.  They truly believe everyone is creative and has something special to contribute to the world. They opened Arte Soleil in 2017 to provide a space for locals to create, showcase and sell.  Be part of the Creative Revolution!

With a passion for the arts and the creative process, Kris and Pete wanted to create a space for local artists/artisans/creatives to connect, create and sell their amazing offerings while supporting East Portland culture and livability.
